Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Document and map workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into process solutions.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
• Provide training and support to teams on new or updated processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process analysis, operations, or business support (freshers with strong analytical skills may apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) or other process-mapping tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
