Job Description

Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial statements
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations during internal and external audits
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Communicate effectively with management, auditors, and other stakeholders on financial matters
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting processes
