Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Optimization Assess and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop process maps and future-state workflows to drive operational excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. AS400/iSeries Expertise Apply deep knowledge of AS400/iSeries systems to analyze and enhance core business processes. Partner with AS400 development teams to design and implement automation and system enhancements. Recommend solutions that align AS400 applications with evolving business goals. Data Analysis & Reporting Use data-driven insights to measure process performance and identify optimization opportunities. Design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and integration solutions to improve visibility into AS400 operations. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams. Deliver training and support to teams on new processes, tools, and best practices. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of process changes. Communicate effectively with business leaders and technical teams to ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization. Hands-on expertise in AS400/iSeries systems and related business applications. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and SOP development . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business problems.
