Process Analyst

As a Process Analyst for Title Operations at Closing Deck Services Pvt. Ltd in Viman Nagar, Pune, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple clients through phone and email communication. Your primary task will involve collecting all invoices, entering them accurately into the system, and ensuring complete and accurate paperwork for all transactions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing statements, performing data entry of all fees, going through a checklist to gather necessary items via emails and phone calls, balancing statements with all parties involved, ensuring accurate data entry, and identifying and resolving any challenges that may arise during the process. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling closings, preparing the HUD-1/Settlement Statement, orchestrating closings for sales, and performing other duties as assigned by management. A Bachelor's degree with an Accounting background or equivalent work experience is preferred, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, as well as the ability to answer and make phone calls with high English proficiency. An analytical mindset, high organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and the ability to calculate figures such as interest and commissions are crucial.
