Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations Management

  • Oversee and manage all service-related activities including customer repairs, service scheduling, and job allocation.

Billing & Payments

  • Ensure accurate preparation of service bills and coordinate with clients for timely payments and invoicing follow-ups.

Logistics Coordination

  • Handle logistics related to service operations including dispatch, return of repaired products, and coordination with courier or transport teams.

Customer Interaction

  • Communicate with customers regarding service status, issue resolutions, and post-service feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Vendor & Technician Coordination

  • Liaise with service technicians, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of service tasks.

Record Keeping

  • Maintain records of service calls, repairs, billing, and logistics documentation in the system.
