About The Role

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively assist clients and address their needs.

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and provide solutions with a friendly approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure their concerns are resolved effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
