Customer Service Specialist

As a candidate for this position, your responsibilities will include: - Handling clients On Call (Mandatory) - Understanding the company's Software & IT Services in-depth to effectively assist clients globally. - Providing technical support (On Call & Remote Desk) by diagnosing the issue - Analyzing client needs and providing appropriate solutions and assistance. - Addressing and resolving client queries efficiently. - Providing Technical Support For Software By Diagnosing The Issue. - Troubleshooting technical issues. - Solving software faults by coordinating with software developers. - Smart And Proficient Candidates are preferred for this role. Qualifications required for this position: - Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. - Knowledge of software and IT services. - Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 7 PM.
