Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing client communications over the phone, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The role also involves maintaining professionalism and adhering to organizational service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in handling inquiries with excellent Phone Etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in logistics or related industries is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Fluency in English and local languages preferred
