Role Overview We re hiring Principal to lead investment execution and portfolio development across our core funds: 1 role in Gift City, Gandhinagar for Artha Continuum Fund Reports to: Managing Partner, Artha Continuum Fund You ll be responsible for full-cycle investing, from sourcing and thesis development to diligence, structuring, and post-investment portfolio work. You ll lead a team of Associates and Analysts , run internal reviews, and set the bar for research quality and investment judgment. This is a Partner-track role for professionals ready to own capital, conviction, and execution at a high-performance fund. About the role As a Dealer, you are responsible for conducting market analysis and the execution of services including Forex, derivatives, G-secs and bonds to Foreign Portfolio Investors, Banks & Corporates. The Dealer also provides treasury solutions to the customers in the fund eco-system, consisting of Private Equity / Venture Capital / Alternative Investment Funds / FPI investors, institutional brokers dealing with PE/VC funds. Developing and implementing hedging strategies to mitigate risk while ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines is also part of the profile. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Manage the treasury relationship of institutional clients covering Banks, Private Equity, Venture Capital firms, Foreign Portfolio investors and Capital markets clients. Daily Monitoring of Nostro Balances and taking care of funding requirements. Treasury Solutions Provide hedging solution such as Forwards and Derivatives. Dealing in Fx Spot, Fx Forwards and SWAPs and end to end execution of various treasury solutions. Customised Solutions Execution of services including Forex, derivatives, G-secs and bonds to Foreign portfolio investors, Banks & Corporates. It covers all pre-deal activities, checks and balances during deal execution and post deal activities. Collaboration Liaise with institutional brokers and manage their Treasury requirements and liaise with Market group counterparts across all Key locations. Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification MBA or Graduates with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of treasury products to large corporates with central treasury is preferred. Pricing and Execution of FX and Derivatives products Good understanding of Forex and derivatives markets, conversant with concepts like Cash, Tom, Spot and hedging products like Forwards, Options, IRS. Dealing Ability to deal and execute under stress environment ensuring highest code of conduct and integrity.Ability to initiate reverse inquiry and ensure consistent dealing. Strong stakeholder engagement skills Liaising with compliance, risk, legal, business and operations teams at various stages of deal cycle and ensure closure.
