**Job Description:** As a Solution Lead in the Financial Services domain, you will be responsible for developing solutions and providing expertise in various areas such as Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Brokerage within the B2B sector. You should have a proven track record in managing alternative investments and possess expertise in areas like RFP responses, fund analysis, and performance evaluation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop solutions in Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Brokerage within the B2B sector - Manage alternative investments effectively - Provide expertise in RFP responses, fund analysis, and performance evaluation **Qualifications Required:** - At least 15 years of experience in the Financial Services domain - Exposure to Capital Markets in areas such as Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Investment Banking, and Multi-lateral financial institutions - Hands-on experience with securities instruments including Equity, Fixed Income, Money Markets, REITs, and Alternatives - Proficiency in data analysis including Reference data, Trade Data, Holdings data, and Risk Data You will also be involved in creating new Financial Services offerings, visualizing innovative ideas, and providing thought leadership in the domain. Having over 5 years of Pre-Sales experience, you should excel in handling large-sized Financial Services RFP responses and understanding clients" needs, industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. An MBA in Finance with certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CFP is preferred, along with exposure to Capital Markets and Securities areas.,
