Job Purpose

Legal Guidance & Advisory

• Provide legal oversight on:

• Equity capital market transactions

  (IPO, QIP, Rights Issue, OFS).

• Mergers & Acquisitions

• Divestments by GMR Group

• Exhibit

  transaction-related legal issues

• Liaise

  efficiently with stakeholders and legal counsels

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

  .

• Graduation in Arts / Commerce (preferred but not mandatory)

  .

Relevant Experience

• 7-10 years of post-qualification experience

  in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
• Expertise in

  equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and demergers

  .
• Strong

  knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and RBI circulars

  .
• Proficient in

  presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

  .
