Job Details

Role: Assistant Vice President Investment Banking (Debt Deals Execution Credit)

Compensation:Negotiable for right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business models and prepare Information Memorandums and teasers.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Ratios).
• Build CMA data, project reports, and financial models.
• Manage lender relationships (Private/PSU Banks, NBFCs, FIs, Mutual Funds).
• Drive credit appraisal, coordinate with consultants, engineers, and legal advisors.
• Oversee post-sanction activities: documentation, disbursement, security creation, compliance.
• Perform financial research and market intelligence gathering.
• Work cross-functionally with strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Requirements:

• Upto 7yrs experience
• Strong network and proven track record in deal origination.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA preferred
