Role & responsibilities Identify and engage with potential clients, generating new business opportunities within the market research industry (focusing on online methodologies). Will be responsible for new client acquisition and sales targets in India and other APAC markets. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Maintain an organized prospect pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5-10 years in Sale/Business Development experience in selling market research. Minimum Qualification Graduation Experienced in selling digital/online research methodologies. (e.g.- surveys, panels, DIY platforms) Sales experience in India and/or other APAC markets in mandatory. Global client exposure would be an added advantage. Should be experienced in end-to-end deal closure. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of industry agnostic market research in both B2B and B2C. Good quality of spoken and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS excel and MS PowerPoint tools. Well-read and up to date about industry developments Ability to perform in a high pace and deadline driven environment

Role Senior Research Associate Job Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for conducting the below: Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and quality of findings • Guiding and mentoring 2-3 team members while taking full ownership of project deliverables • Implementing various research methodologies such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and both quantitative and qualitative data analysis • Translating research findings into actionable insights and creating compelling presentations for stakeholders • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle • Monitoring project progress, regularly communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance research impact Qualifications we seek: • Bachelors degree • At least 3 years of market research experience • Proven expertise in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research projects • Deep knowledge of research methodologies • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities • High attention to detail and precision Compensation • As per the industry standards Client Types: • Global consulting firms • Boutique investment banks
