Job Description

Position: Intelex Support Engineer

Experience: 5+ Yrs

Locations: Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Noida (HCL Office)

Working Mode: Hybrid

Notice: Immediate

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive Intelex Support Experience:
Deep, hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Intelex EHSQ software.
3E Integration Expertise
: Proven, hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting integrations with 3E Company's data services, APIs, or related compliance solutions. Strong understanding of how 3E data impacts Intelex.
EHSQ Domain Knowledge
: Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) management processes and regulatory compliance.
Database & SQL Proficiency
: Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting data issues against databases (e.g., SQL Server) underpinning Intelex.
Technical Troubleshooting
: Exceptional analytical, debugging, and advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical, configuration, and integration issues in a live production environment.
Integration Troubleshooting
: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to web service calls (REST/SOAP), API errors, and data transformation between Intelex and external systems.
ITIL Framework
: Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management). Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
