Intelex LOCATION - PAN INDIA EXP - 6 PLUS Key Responsibilities Advanced Incident & Problem Resolution : Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex production incidents and problems related to the Intelex EHSQ platform and its integrations. This includes in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for issues involving Intelex functionalities, configurations, data, and crucially, 3E Company data feeds and APIs. Ensure adherence to strict SLAs. Technical Troubleshooting & Debugging : Provide expert-level troubleshooting for a wide range of Intelex issues. This includes analyzing application logs, database queries, web service calls, and integration error logs to pinpoint and resolve issues with Intelex modules (e.g., Incident Management, SDS, Chemical Management) and their interaction with 3E data. 3E Integration Support : Act as a primary technical resource for supporting and troubleshooting integrations between Intelex and 3E Company's services. Monitor data synchronization, identify data discrepancies, and resolve issues related to regulatory content, chemical data, and SDS updates from 3E. Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Proactively monitor Intelex system and integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with technical teams (e.g., database, network, development) to suggest and implement performance tuning strategies. Change & Release Support : Assist in the testing and validation of Intelex configurations, patches, and minor upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on production. Support the controlled deployment of bug fixes and enhancements. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks for recurring issues, complex resolutions, and 3E integration specifics. Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior support staff and end-users. Collaboration & Communication : Act as an escalation point for support issues, effectively communicating technical updates and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including end-users, IT teams, and client management. Continuous Improvement : Identify trends in support tickets and propose continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives, focusing on automation, preventative measures, and enhanced monitoring for both Intelex and its 3E integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive Intelex Support Experience: Deep, hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Intelex EHSQ software. 3E Integration Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting integrations with 3E Company's data services, APIs, or related compliance solutions. Strong understanding of how 3E data impacts Intelex. EHSQ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) management processes and regulatory compliance. Database & SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting data issues against databases (e.g., SQL Server) underpinning Intelex. Technical Troubleshooting: Exceptional analytical, debugging, and advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical, configuration, and integration issues in a live production environment. Integration Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to web service calls (REST/SOAP), API errors, and data transformation between Intelex and external systems. ITIL Framework: Strong understanding and practical experience with ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management). Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical details clearly to diverse audiences. Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have) Intelex product certifications. Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation or diagnostic purposes. Exposure to other EHSQ or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software platforms. Knowledge of network troubleshooting fundamentals relevant to integrations. Experience with monitoring tools for application and integration performance. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
