Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Chef, located in Guwahati. As a Private Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals tailored to specific dietary and culinary preferences for the owners. You will manage inventory and sourcing of fresh, local ingredients, maintain food safety standards, and create unique dining experiences. Collaboration with nutritionist team to ensure owners satisfaction is integral to this role, along with maintaining a professional, efficient kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary expertise, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of dietary preferences, food safety standards, and inventory management
• Creativity and proficiency in crafting unique and diverse culinary experiences
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with staff and interact professionally with the owners
• Ability to adapt to varying culinary demands and maintain high-quality service
• Previous experience as a private chef or in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality settings
• Culinary degree or formal training from a recognized culinary institute is highly desirable
