Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Private Chef role located in Chennai. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals, planning customized menus based on dietary needs, sourcing quality ingredients, and ensuring meal presentation meets high standards. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and collaborating with clients to create tailored dining experiences.

• Proficiency in meal preparation, menu planning, and culinary techniques
• Expertise in selecting and sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Creativity and versatility in cooking to meet dietary preferences and restrictions
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and adapt to their preferences
• Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is highly desirable
• Previous experience in private or professional chef roles is a plus
