Screen, interview, and close roles independently with minimal handholding. Run structured hiring processes with speed and rigor across functions. 3. Senior Stakeholder Collaboration Work directly with founders, VPs, and department heads to define hiring goals. Build interview plans, align panels, and run recruitment with business urgency. Prepare decision-ready candidate summaries and facilitate rapid evaluations. 4. Candidate Experience & Closure Drive high-quality candidate experiences across all touchpoints. Own compensation benchmarking, negotiation, and offer rollouts. Maintain transparency and engagement throughout the funnel. 5. Recruitment Analytics Monitor pipeline health, source efficiency, interview-to-offer ratios, and closure rates. Present actionable insights to CXOs via reports and dashboards. Suggest tactical improvements to enhance hiring velocity and quality. 6. Talent Branding & Campaigns Collaborate with design/marketing for JD creatives, hiring campaigns, and events. Run outreach for LinkedIn posts, founder stories, and global hiring promotions. Represent Darwix AI at hiring drives, career events, and relevant forums. 7. Hiring Operations & Compliance Use ATS tools (Zoho Recruit/Excel/Notion) to manage accurate data flows. Ensure documentation, background checks, and contracts are in place pre-onboarding. Suggest process automations to reduce manual dependency in hiring ops. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. Tier-1 pedigree preferred (IITs, IIMs, XLRI, TISS, etc.) MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus, not a mandate. Experience: 1–3 years of focused recruitment experience in tech and senior/global sales hiring . The role The Data Analyst is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Oakbrook. The Data Analyst will support the growth of the consumer lending business by providing data-driven insights into marketing performance across direct and third-party aggregator channels. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards (using SQL and Power BI), tracking campaign effectiveness, analyzing customer acquisition and conversion trends, and helping optimize marketing spend and strategy. The role will also involve regular performance monitoring of aggregator partners and internal loan products to ensure channel efficiency and product-market fit. Key Responsibilities : Campaign & Channel Performance Analysis Track and analyze performance of marketing campaigns (paid search, social, email, display, aggregators). Measure key conversion metrics: impressions → clicks → applications → approvals → disbursals. Identify underperforming campaigns or channels and suggest improvements. Aggregator Performance Monitoring Monitor lead volume, quality, and conversion rates from key aggregators (e.g. Clear Score, Compare the Market). Benchmark aggregator performance and ROI. Provide actionable insights for partner management. Product Performance Tracking Analyze application, approval, and disbursal trends by product type. Overview About this role Within the FP&A group, BlackRock is seeking an Associate to join the Finance Information & Analytics (FI&A) Team. The FI&A team operates with a Center of Excellence (CoE) model and is responsible for efficient, thoughtful, and scalable production to meet operational excellence, deliver high-value business insights through front-end visualization tools, application of modelling and analytics to generate new insights at scale, engage with technology partners to accelerate data and process transformation. Job Purpose The FI&A team is looking for an individual to directly contribute to the multi-year Finance strategic initiative focused on NNBF (New New Base fee) which includes managing the NNBF reporting and production, streamlining the centralised processes, implement innovative tactical initiatives and contribute in transformation initiative. Support and lead the weekly and monthly production processes of NNBF Research, document and improve NNBF reporting including execution to governance standards Identify ways to improve the Net New Base Fees reporting processes Improve communication with our clients and partners, better understand their needs, and help deliver an improved product Display intellectual curiosity, drive for excellence and lead transformation and automation projects with the use of Aladdin and finance systems Support and lead tactical and strategic initiatives, including data migrations and systems/data integrations Responsibilities Research and document NNBF reporting processes and articulate findings to team members to create efficient end to end reporting processes Understand the E2E NNBF process and policy, and ensure adherence to it Develop strong working relationships with our clients & partners in other business areas (Operations, Investments, Client Businesses, and Finance) to build foundational knowledge base for the team Support the weekly and monthly production with output accuracy including execution per the governance framework Become a contributor to the development of appropriate metrics and control framework to better manage and report AUM, Flows, Revenue and NNBF Support the on-boarding and reporting process for complex assignments. Partner, influence, and direct colleagues in other business areas (e.g., On-boarding, BDS, Client businesses, Investments, Billing, etc.) to achieve enhanced reporting accuracy Provide oversight and guidance on integrations and migrations of internal and external data and systems Challenge existing processes and policies, identify opportunities for improvement, and see them through to implementation Build models from scratch for various businesses to support the NNBF reporting. Achieve SME on specific business and utilise the expertise to support other business.
