Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Search Specialist to lead strategic hiring initiatives for senior and executive-level roles across Junglee Games (Flutter Group). This role demands a high level of stakeholder engagement, project ownership, and agility in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in executive recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end executive search processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and define role requirements.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using market intelligence, networking, and executive search tools.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide strategic insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the search process.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of high-caliber executive talent for current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and project milestones to leadership.
Qualifications & Experiences
  • Bachelor s degree in HR or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
  • High level of discretion and ethical judgment.
