Job Summary (List Format)

10-12 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java 8+ and related technologies (Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Camel or similar, Messaging systems)
Work independently and as part of a small team to drive technology initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions within set timelines
Contribute to system architecture and solution design, ensuring adherence to industry best practices
Provide technical support for both system-related and business-related issues
Operate effectively in an Agile environment and demonstrate willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as required
(Nice to have) Experience in people management, including team guidance and professional development
project scope to Participate in and contribute to various project initiatives such as data streaming, data storage (e.g., Snowflake), and regulatory deliverables.

Domain experience in Banking financial services domain is highly preferred
