What You’ll Do

·       Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for startup, mid-market, and enterprise clients.

Sales Navigator

·       Guide buyers through multiple stakeholders, including security, legal, and compliance teams.

·       Attend customer meetings, gather requirements, and deliver demos that resonate with their needs.

·       Create and maintain customer-facing materials to support the sales process.

·       Partner closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to close the feedback loop.

·       Shape Zentrova’s sales strategy, messaging, and repeatable go-to-market motion.

·       Help lay the foundation for a high-performing sales organization, setting processes and best practices.

·       Mentor and support future sales team members as the organization grows.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and wants to make a direct impact on revenue growth and customer success.


Who You Are

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to technical and/or compliance-savvy audiences (security, legal, privacy, GRC)
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting, strategic deal execution, and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Clear, persuasive communicator and listener with strong discovery instincts
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial, you thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
  • Comfortable using tools like Slack, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Excited to learn about security and compliance domains.
  • Experience with startups and early-stage SaaS companies is highly desirable.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Sold to InfoSec, LegalOps, or compliance teams before
  • Understand and know what is a SOC2 and why is cybersecurity important.
  • Experience at a seed-to-Series A, B startup (and loved it!)
  • Familiarity with trust centers, AI-driven SaaS, or compliance automation tools
