What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive "BrainLifts"—structured repositories of deep domain insights that align team members, optimize LLM performance, and guide strategic decision-making
- Execute rapid OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) Loops to drive measurable outcomes through data-informed product iterations, targeting critical learning challenges with high-impact solutions delivered weekly and measured against objective success metrics
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Creating or managing traditional product roadmaps or dictating build specifications
- Implementing solution-first methodologies; instead, you'll build domain expertise and deep user understanding before proposing solutions
- Engaging in extended development cycles; our focus is on weekly feature deployment and iteration
- Designing technical architecture or engineering solutions
Basic Requirements
Principal Product Manager key responsibilities
- 4+ years in product leadership positions where you personally crafted product vision and owned core problem-solution hypotheses
- Demonstrable success launching at least one complete product from inception to market release, reaching external users and achieving minimum $1M revenue milestone
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into your professional workflow for research, analysis, strategic planning, or content synthesis

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
