Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Laurels World School, located in Bhopal. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the school, develop and implement educational programs and policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the teaching and administrative staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment, coordinating curriculum development, and engaging with students, parents, and the community to ensure high standards of education and well-being for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and guiding diverse teams
Experience in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and academic planning
Proven ability in administrative management, policy implementation, and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, staff, and students
Proficiency in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and organizational development
Familiarity with educational regulations, standards, and best practices
Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; a PhD is a plus
Prior experience as a Principal or in a senior academic leadership role is highly desirable
