Principal

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and operational functions of our CBSE school. The Principal will ensure academic excellence, strong discipline, effective staff management, and growth in admissions while upholding the school’s values and ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor academic planning, teaching–learning, and assessments
• Ensure smooth day-to-day school operations and discipline
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Drive admissions, parent engagement, and school growth
• Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and statutory requirements
• Maintain effective communication with parents and management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed (mandatory)
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in CBSE schools, including leadership role

Salary: As per experience and competence
