Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, delivery of industry best practices and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion SCM training content.
• Translate complex implementation experiences into clear, structured learning journeys.
• Stay ahead of the curve on Oracle Fusion SCM updates and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Contribute to Oracle University’s Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Certifications, and live training programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SCM Cloud, specializing in various Fusion SCM modules.
• Partner with global colleagues to drive standardization, best practices, and learner success.

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments.
• 6+ years of Hands-on experience working in-depth with Oracle SCM Applications.
• Practical knowledge and consulting experience working with SCM on topics such as

1. Supply Chain Planning

• Demand Management
• Supply Planning
• Sales and Operations Planning
• Supply Chain Collaboration

2. Maintenance

• Asset Maintenance

3. Pricing / Costing / Cost Management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to
