Job Description

You will be working as a Pricing and Quotation Manager in the Greater India Zone of Schneider Electric. Your role will involve leading transformation projects with Zone and Global stakeholders and driving digitization projects in collaboration with Global Pricing and Global Digital teams. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying pricing strategy for transactional product-lines, managing pricing and quotation for the Greater India Zone, and exploring disruptive ideas to transform business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead transformation projects with Zone and Global stakeholders - Drive digitization projects in collaboration with Global Pricing and Global Digital teams - Develop and deploy pricing strategy for transactional product-lines - Manage price and quotation for Greater India Zone **Qualifications Required:** - Candidates with knowledge in consulting, strategy, product marketing, or business finance - Acumen in sales operations, product management, channel management, and/or business transformation - Knowledge and exposure to Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, B2B, Electrical Industries is ideal - Experience in handling a line responsibility post engineering is a plus In this role, you will be responsible for driving pricing and quotation transformation projects with key stakeholders, ensuring business operations needs are well captured and prioritized, and owning and driving change management. You will collaborate with Global Pricing and Global Digital teams to digitize processes and tools enhancements, explore opportunities for process digitization, and lead the execution with Business and Digital teams. Additionally, you will drive tactical and strategic pricing controls with business stakeholders to ensure profitable growth, manage commercial policy to drive ease of business, and conduct pricing analytics to support business decisions. Your strong business strategy and analytical capabilities, ability to visualize and formulate business scenarios, and understanding of market dynamics will be essential for success in this role. Good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to excel in a transversal role, and lead new initiatives will also be valuable assets. Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon Schedule: Full-time,
