Pricing Executive

As a Documentation Executive specializing in Sea & Air Freight operations, you will be responsible for preparing and managing shipping documentation in compliance with UAE customs regulations. Your role will involve liaising with internal teams, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients to ensure seamless logistics processes. You will be tasked with processing various shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists. It will be your responsibility to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to guarantee accurate and timely documentation. Additionally, you must adhere to UAE customs regulations and international trade requirements, handling online submissions through platforms like Dubai Trade, Mirsal II, Calogi, etc. Tracking cargo, updating delivery schedules, and maintaining detailed documentation records for auditing purposes will be part of your daily tasks. You will engage with shipping lines and airlines for booking confirmations and documentation releases, as well as assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sea and air freight documentation, preferably within a logistics company in the UAE or India. A solid understanding of UAE customs procedures, ports like Jebel Ali and Dubai Airport, as well as familiarity with incoterms, export/import processes, and international shipping terms are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, will be crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred for this full-time position with a fixed day shift schedule. Your work location will be at Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, requiring in-person attendance.,
