Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical Assistant Manager – Pricing Executive to ensure that our pricing remains competitive and market-leading. The ideal candidate will continuously monitor competitor pricing, benchmark prices daily, and drive dynamic pricing strategies with category team.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitive Price Benchmarking:

• Conduct daily competitor price analysis across key products and categories.
• Maintain a robust pricing database to monitor market movements and ensure our prices are the most competitive

Dynamic Pricing Strategy:

• Implement dynamic pricing models that adjust prices based on market trends, demand, and competitor positioning.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to roll out targeted discounts, offers, and promotions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Generate daily and weekly reports on pricing competitiveness, market share impact, and margin performance.
• Develop dashboards for real-time price monitoring and quick decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Category, Procurement, and Marketing teams to execute pricing strategies during campaigns (Festive sales, Liquidation, etc.).
• Quickly resolve pricing escalations and ensure seamless implementation of pricing changes.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously refine pricing processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficient price benchmarking.
• Identify and implement tools to automate and scale competitive price tracking.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in Pricing Analysis, Category Management, or E-commerce operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
