Presales Specialist

As a technology company operating a distribution platform for hotels and accommodation providers in a software-as-a-service model, we are seeking a Pre-Sales professional to join our team in India. Your main responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads through phone calls, emails, and online searches, working on cold-calling data provided by the Lead Generation Team, pre-sales qualification including sourcing and developing client referrals, fixing meetings and demonstrations with hotels, and engaging with prospects to understand their needs and communicate our technical values effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field and demonstrate a passion for technology and its translation into impactful business solutions for potential clients. Understanding of the respective technology software sector, the ability to establish trust with prospects, influence key decision-makers, secure customer acquisitions, and contract conclusions are essential. Additionally, the role requires determination, autonomous work ethic, initiative, excellent communication skills, and persuasiveness in both Hindi and English. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be advantageous.
