Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Specialist based in Noida. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and demonstrating products to potential customers. They will collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process, analyze customer needs, and recommend appropriate products or services. Consulting with clients and providing technical guidance will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills and Presales experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Consulting and providing technical guidance
• Proven ability to work closely with sales teams to develop technical proposals
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency with AI and video analytics technologies is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
