About the Role: Latinum is hiring a passionate and driven Pre-Sales Executive on behalf of a prestigious real estate client. This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are excellent communicators, and possess a deep understanding of real estate sales funnels. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads, and helping convert interest into site visits and ultimately, sales closures. Key Responsibilities: Qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools Explain project details clearly and convincingly to prospects Schedule site visits and ensure a seamless customer experience Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth lead handovers Maintain detailed logs of interactions and update lead status in CRM Achieve monthly targets for site visits and qualified leads Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or inside sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of working with sales targets and lead management Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Ability to work on weekends with a weekly off on a weekday Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Nice to Have: Multilingual fluency (English + regional language) Knowledge of the local real estate market Past experience with high-ticket B2C sales Why Join: Work with a reputed real estate brand backed by Latinum’s expertise Competitive compensation + incentives Dynamic, growth-oriented environment Opportunities to grow within the real estate sales function Show more Show less
