Presales Specialist

The Pre-Sales Manager role at Karix in Gurgaon involves collaborating with the Sales team to understand client business requirements and propose suitable product solutions. Responsibilities include capturing technical requirements, training sales and clients on Karix Products, assisting in client meetings, analyzing customer needs, managing pre-sales and post-sales queries, conducting product demos, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, building custom solutions, designing feasible projects within time and budget constraints, providing guidance during project delivery, and monitoring project status. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E qualification, with an MBA in Information Technology being advantageous. They should have 6-8 years of Presales experience, preferably in the Telecom/SMS/IT Software industry, expertise in solution selling and client interactions, proficiency in MS Office tools, proactive client engagement skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
