Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solution Architect to join our team. In

this role, you will be a key technical advisor in the sales process, working closely with account

executives, partners, and customers to understand requirements and design tailored

solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical

expertise during the presales cycle.

Design and present scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with

customer goals.

Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, POCs (Proof of Concept), and solution

architectures to stakeholders.

Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.

Serve as a bridge between sales, product management, and engineering to ensure proposed

solutions are feasible and aligned with current product capabilities.

Maintain a deep understanding of company products, competitor offerings, industry trends,

and emerging technologies.

Guide clients through technical evaluations, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Collect and relay feedback to internal teams to inform product enhancements and roadmap

planning.

IAAS Solutions design, Knowledge on Kubernetes Architecture designs & solutions

Industry Security & Encryption tools, Corporate Presentations and Customer engagement.

Proven experience in Cloud technologies, platforms, or products—e.g., cloud platforms IAAS,

SaaS, PAAS & Enterprise

Strong understanding of architecture design patterns, integration, security, scalability, and

performance optimization.

Proficiency in creating architectural diagrams, documentation, and presentations.

Hands-on experience with demo on Cloud environments or system configuration.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Datacenter Knowledge

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

(Master’s preferred).


8+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical presales, or a related technical

customer-facing role.

Cloud Solution Architecture & Datacentres Certificates will be added advantage.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts

into business value.

Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to engage both technical and non-technical

audiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
