Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Sales Manager

Job Summary:

  • Identify potential clients and develop lasting relationships to generate long-term business opportunities (KPI: Client conversion ratio, repeat client engagement)
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries and outbound calls, ensuring consistent lead generation
  • Convince and encourage prospects to schedule site visits
  • Actively follow up on leads and convert them into qualified site visits
  • Provide timely and professional responses to clients, maintaining high customer service standards (KPI: Response turnaround time, Customer feedback score)
  • Understand client needs and assist them with relevant project offerings and clarifications
  • Coordinate and confirm site visits with the sales team ensuring seamless customer handoff
  • Generate new business from both fresh and existing customer accounts
  • Build strong rapport with clients for long-term engagement and repeat business
  • Manage and train pre-sales team members to improve lead handling quality and efficiency
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand project status and align client expectations accordingly
  • Maximize walk-ins from all lead sources including online, offline, referrals, and events
  • Utilize leads across multiple relevant projects to optimize conversions
  • Maintain up-to-date dashboards, trackers, and CRM systems for seamless lead flow management
  • Deliver exceptional customer delight through empathy, listening, and proactive communication
  • Prepare and submit reports, performance insights, and strategic inputs to the senior management as required
