Presales Executive

Role Objective:

Convert sales intent into technically sound, cost-effective, winnable solutions. This is not a showroom demo role. This is a deal-enablement role.

Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales team on requirement analysis and solution design
• Design end-to-end AV solutions including:
• Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing, Professional Audio (Speakers, Amplifiers, DSP), Control systems, cabling & accessories
• Conduct site surveys, technical discussions & feasibility checks
• Prepare: Technical proposals, BOQs, System block diagrams, Compliance matrices (especially for tenders)
• OEM coordination for: Product selection, Technical approvals, Design validation
• Support GeM/tender team with: Technical documentation, Datasheets, Compliance justification, Deliver client demos, POCs & presentations
• Assist post-sales during implementation handover

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Win ratio of deals supported
• Accuracy of BOQs & designs (rework = failure)
• Turnaround time for proposals
• Technical compliance success rate

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years in AV / IT system integration
• Strong knowledge of: VC systems, Pro Audio signal flow, Display technologies, Network basics
• Ability to read drawings & prepare schematics
• Clear communication with sales & clients
