Join our dynamic team as a Pre-Sales Associate and help us guide aspiring students to their next adventure!

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
● Understand student aspirations and provide detailed information on available study abroad programs.● Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.● Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on potential leads to increase conversions.● Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Enthusiasm for international education and student counseling. ● Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.● Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.● A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
