Job Description

Makuta Developers is looking for a results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to own the top of our sales funnel. You will be the first point of contact for all our prospective clients, tasked with qualifying leads and building a strong pipeline for our sales team.

What You Will Do (Your Key Responsibilities):

Lead Management: Drive the initial phase of the sales cycle by managing inbound and outbound leads. Your primary goal is to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads based on criteria like budget, requirements, and timeline. Your success will be measured by converting raw leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Value Proposition: Master the value proposition of each project. Articulate our Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) effectively to address client pain points and generate genuine interest.

Client Profiling: Perform detailed client profiling to understand their needs accurately. Use this information for effective lead nurturing and follow-up strategies.

Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed your daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volume, lead qualification, and scheduled site visits.

Sales Handoff: Execute a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the on-site Sales Team, providing all necessary context to maximize conversion rates.

CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and statuses in the CRM to ensure data integrity and accurate pipeline reporting.

Who We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

Experienced Pro: You have 2-3 years of proven experience in a real estate pre-sales role with a deep understanding of the sales cycle.

Metric-Driven: You have a strong track record of exceeding KPIs in a high-volume lead generation environment.

Skilled Communicator: You are an expert at building rapport and can communicate persuasively in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with CRM software and sales engagement tools.

Strategic Thinker: You understand how to qualify, nurture, and convert leads into tangible opportunities.
