Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi, for a Presales Executive. The Presales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, communicating value propositions, conducting sales presentations, managing RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves close collaboration with sales and product teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in managing RFPs Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field Knowledge of ERP systems or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
