Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare technical and functional documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to prepare effective sales materials.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed and accurate responses.
Support in pricing strategy discussions and proposal finalization.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to refine pre-sales strategy.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer requirements and industry trends.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar client-facing role in the IT industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, client-friendly proposals.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
