Presales Executive

Pre Sales Executive (Real Estate)   Greetings!!!! ASSET SCOUT PVT LTD is hiring for Pre Sales Executive in Baner. Eligibility: ·      HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales in Residential (Real estate work Background Preferred) ·      SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales (Real Estate work Background Preferred) ·      Candidate should be comfortable in working from office. ·      Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills.   Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties and services. - Prospecting and Finding a qualified Customer. - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails. - Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team. - Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system. - Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.   Requirements: - Proven experience as a Pre Sales Executive in the real estate industry for at least 6 months to 1 year. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.     Designation: Pre Sales Executive (Real Estate) Salary:  Fresher:  15000/- to 38000/-                ·      CANDIDATE WITH GOOD COMMUNICATON SKILLS, LOOKING FOR GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND EARN GOOD INCENTIVES ·      Looking for an IMMEDIATE JOINER ·      INTERESTED CANDIDATE CAN CALL OR WHATSAPP CV TO HR: ·      HR KUNAL: 8815580118 ·      Mail: hr@assetscout.in
