We are looking for a Talented Assistant Managing Director to join our team and help us create compelling content that resonates with our audience. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of tasks, maintain an organized workflow, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate personnel. - Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence via email, and handle other communication duties. - Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical. -Assisting Director and Schedule, coordinate Meetings, appointments, and other arrangements for office staff. - Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies inventory. - Process and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for the accounting department. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and staff meetings. - Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. - Liaise with vendors, clients, and other external parties as necessary. Qualifications: - High School Qualified, Bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Excellent organizational and Time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Experience with office management software or accounting systems. - Experience in handling social media or digital communication tools is a plus.
