Role Summary:
We’re seeking a highly reliable and resourceful Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder, supporting him across both business and personal functions. This dynamic role blends administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities, with exposure to recruitment and client management.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes — not just tasks.
You’ll act as an extension of the Founder, ensuring his time, communication, and priorities are well managed, while handling sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
· Provide end-to-end support across personal and business tasks.
· Assist in recruitment activities including candidate coordination and follow-ups.
· Support business development through client communication and outreach.
· Prepare reports, documents, and trackers as needed.
· Organize logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
· Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with utmost discretion.
· Remain adaptable and available for urgent or time-sensitive requirements beyond office hours.
You’re a Good Fit If You:
· Have 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant/ Operations Associate in startup environment.
· Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — you anticipate needs before they arise.
· Communicate clearly and professionally across stakeholders.
· Are proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
· Can multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic startup setting.
· Are discreet, dependable, and comfortable handling both business and personal matters.
· Are open to travel and flexible working hours when required.
