Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Presales Executive to join our Real Estate team in Ambegaon. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to drive qualified leads and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and eager to build a career in real estate sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential property buyers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects or properties. Nurture leads through follow-ups, providing detailed project information and arranging site visits. Maintain lead records and ensure timely updates in CRM. Coordinate with the on-ground sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead qualification and conversions. Desired Skills & Qualifications Graduate (any stream); fresher or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in tele calling / presales / real estate preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Comfortable working with targets and performance incentives. Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.). What We Offer Fixed salary of ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month. Attractive performance-based incentives.
