We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Specialist Charging Solutions who can own the entire pre-sales lifecycle for EV charging projects, from requirement analysis to solution design and customer presentation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in AC and DC charging technologies, have strong technical acumen, and possess the ability to validate vendors/partners to ensure best-in-class solutions.

1. Solution Design & Customer Engagement
Engage with enterprise and government clients to understand charging requirements (use case, load requirement, vehicle mix, energy source, etc.).
Design end-to-end charging solutions, including power infrastructure, hardware selection, and software/management system integration.
Recommend the right product mix (AC/DC chargers) and deployment framework based on technical feasibility, cost, and ROI.
Prepare technical proposals, solution diagrams, and commercial inputs for tenders, RFPs, and direct enterprise deals.
Present solutions to clients, ensuring clear articulation of technical and business benefits.
2. Vendor/Partner Validation & Onboarding
Technically evaluate and qualify charging OEMs and vendors (AC and DC chargers, CMS providers, etc.) based on safety standards, certifications, performance, and reliability.
Build a robust partner ecosystem, ensuring compatibility and scalability for large-scale projects.
Support procurement and operations teams with technical specifications and validations.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, operations, and business development teams to align pre-sales solutions with deployment feasibility.
Support bid management and assist in closing large opportunities by providing technical depth during client meetings.

5-12 years of experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical engineering, or power solutions with direct exposure to both AC and DC chargers.
Proven track record in solution designing for charging infrastructure, preferably for enterprise or government projects.
Strong understanding of load assessment, power distribution, electrical safety norms, and charger-CMS integration.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (both technical & business audiences).
Analytical and commercial mindset ability to assess feasibility, ROI, and cost optimization.
Hands-on experience in evaluating and onboarding OEMs/vendors for large-scale deployments.
Open to domestic and international travel for customer and partner engagements.

Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field (mandatory).
Additional certifications in EV charging, power systems, or renewable energy will be a plus.
