Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Manager to understand client requirements and create suitable technical solutions.
  
• Assist in preparing BOQs, RFIs, RFQs, and other technical documentation.
  
• Conduct preliminary research and site surveys to collect data for solution design.
  
• Maintain and update the technical knowledge repository, including product specifications, solution designs, and client feedback.
  
• Respond to client queries during the pre-sales cycle and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to stay updated on market developments.
  
• Possess basic technical knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, and networking.
  
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and dynamic work environments.
