About the position

· We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Telecom industry. As a Senior Solutions Expert you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations.

· Your job will also include understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company s products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for product development.

What You will Do

· Own proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end

· Research competing products/solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain and technology

· Lead proof-of-concept (POC s) for client opportunities

· Capability presentation to prospects

· Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective

· Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side

· Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements.

· Assist Sales team with proposal pitches

What You will Bring

· Total of 4+ years of experience in the Telecom industry

· Should have played multiple roles including software product/solutions delivery, business analysis, pre-sales, customer-facing across multiple geographies

· Domain experience should include the following:

· Understanding of 4G/5G network elements (e.g. HSS/HLR, PCRF/PCF, MME/AMF/SMF, S-GW/UPF, AF/NEF)

· OSS, BSS, IMS, Core Network.

· Experience in leading responses to large RFPs, RFIs, RFQs
