Job description About the position We are looking for a suitable candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the Telecom industry. As a Senior Solutions Expert you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will also include understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company s products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for product development. What You will Do Own proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end Research competing products/solutions and changing paradigms in the context of latest trends in domain and technology Lead proof-of-concept (POCs) for client opportunities Capability presentation to prospects Front-end key customer engagements from domain perspective Provide consultation to delivery teams on domain side Ability to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from high level requirements. Assist Sales team with proposal pitches What You will Bring Total of 4+ years of experience in the Telecom industry Should have played multiple roles including software product/solutions delivery, business analysis, pre-sales, customer-facing across multiple geographies Domain experience should include the following: Understanding of 4G/5G network elements (e.g. HSS/HLR, PCRF/PCF, MME/AMF/SMF, S-GW/UPF, AF/NEF) OSS, BSS, IMS, Core Network Experience in leading responses to large RFPs, RFIs, RFQs Travel readiness for conferences, presentations, workshops Show more Show less
