Description We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder (CISRS) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and collaborating effectively with site supervisors. Responsibilities Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and guidelines. Inspecting scaffolding for structural integrity and safety compliance before use. Collaborating with site supervisors to determine scaffolding needs and specifications. Ensuring that all scaffolding materials are properly maintained and stored. Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills and Qualifications CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) certification is mandatory. 3-5 years of experience in scaffolding within the construction industry. Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards related to scaffolding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and work at heights.
