Pre-Sales Consultant / Pre-Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales to understand client requirements, business challenges, and success metrics

Design end-to-end solutions across Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data & Application Engineering

Lead solution discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and technical discussions with clients

Prepare proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimates, and pricing models

Define solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and commercials

Create compelling solution narratives, value propositions, and ROI-based business cases

Support client presentations, demos, and technical clarifications during the sales cycle

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover post-deal

Build and maintain reusable solution assets, case studies, and proposal templates

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Technical Consulting

Strong understanding of IT Services, including:

Digital Product Engineering

Cloud & Platform Modernization

AI, Data & Analytics

Intelligent Automation & System Integration

Hands-on experience responding to enterprise RFPs and managing bid processes

Ability to translate business needs into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions

Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

Working knowledge of pricing models – T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have

Domain exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare

Experience with AI / GenAI use cases and data-driven solutions

Experience working with global clients (US, Europe, Middle East)

Consulting or product engineering background
