Presales Consultant

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical and business proposals, RFP responses, and solution documents.
• Analyze customer needs and map them to appropriate solutions, highlighting business value and ROI.
• Assist in designing solution architecture that aligns with client requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing technical expertise and industry insights.
• Support sales during contract negotiations by clarifying technical and functional aspects.
• Liaise with product and engineering teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product development.
• Keep updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive customer confidence and trust.
• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
• Strong technical understanding of SaaS/Enterprise solutions, IT services, or relevant industry domain.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
